The Master of Public Administration/Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice (MPA/MS) degree is offered jointly by the University of Miami College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Political Science and Department of Sociology & Criminology. This dual degree is designed for students who seek careers that require an in depth knowledge of the criminal justice system, as well as public management and service. Applicants must be admitted into the MPA and MS programs on a separate basis, based on the admissions requirements and procedure of each individual program.
